Q. What size of vehicles will I get when I book a removal?

A. It will depend on the amount of content you have to move (usually 1-2 bedroom flat fits in one 3.5T Luton Box Van but 2 bedroom flat not always)

Q. Can I move during a weekend?

A. Yes, we operate on Saturday as well as Sunday.

Q. How many men will handle my removal needs?

A. It will depend on what you have to relocate and how many furniture there is to be dismantled and reassembled as those tasks are quite time consuming.

Q. How long does a house removal take?

A. It depends on how big is the property but usually, it’s about 3 to 6 hours for 1 or 2 bedroom flat (ground floor) and about 8 to 12 hours for 3 or 4 bedroom house.

Q. Do you dismantle and reassemble my furniture?

A. Yes we do (subject to prices)

Q. Do you provide packing materials and packing service?

A. Yes we do (subject to additional fee)

Q. Are my goods insured?

A. Yes they are. We have goods in transit insurance as well as public liability insurance.

Q. How much notice do I need to give when booking a house removal?

A. Usually 2 weeks.

Q. How much does a flat removal cost?

A. 1 bedroom flat ground floor to gound floor (within 10 miles radius) will cost around £250 – £420 (depending on items that will require dismantling and reassembling)

Q. How can I pay for a removal service?

A. You can pay via bank transfer or in cash.

Q. When & how will I receive the quotation?

A. We aim to answer to clients within 24hrs

Q. Can I get a quote if I don’t have a confirmed date?

A. Yes.

Q. What do removal costs include?

A. It includes petrol and insurance.

Q. How big is a storage container?

A. Storage container is either 20ft or 40ft. (depending on property size and contents)

Q. Can I access my goods in-store?

A. Yes you can (subject to an additional fee).

Q. Do you offer insurance for removals and for storage?

A. Yes, we do.

Q. Do you charge me for the waiting hours?

A. Yes. A waiting time fee depends on how many man and vans/trucks you have been provided with.

Q. What if I need to cancel a service?

A. We have policy that states that we will only charge you 50% of agreed charges if you cancel less then 24hrs before the start of the job.
